Terms & Conditions – Studio Services

1. Services

The studio provides music-related services including, but not limited to, music production, mixing, mastering, studio rental, and related creative services (“Services”). The scope of each service is agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are binding once confirmed. Full payment or an agreed deposit may be required before work begins. Prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise specified. Invoices must be paid within the stated due date.

Late payments may result in delayed delivery and/or additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made later than this, or failure to attend, may result in full or partial charges. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Revisions

Mixing and mastering services include a reasonable number of revisions, unless otherwise agreed. Additional revisions beyond this may be charged separately. Revisions do not include changes to the original recordings or arrangements unless agreed in advance.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for delivering all files in the agreed format and quality. The studio is not responsible for poor results caused by low-quality recordings, incorrect files, or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Delivery & Turnaround

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing. Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing files, unpaid invoices) may affect delivery timelines.

7. Ownership & Rights

Upon full payment, the client retains full ownership of their music and recordings. The studio retains the right to use excerpts of completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Satisfaction & Artistic Judgment

All services are subjective by nature. By booking, the client acknowledges that creative decisions are based on the studio’s professional judgment. Refunds are not provided due to personal taste or creative preference.

9. Limitation of Liability

The studio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or loss of opportunities. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Force Majeure

The studio is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to technical failures, illness, or external events.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with Swedish jurisdiction.
